Is hydroseeding right for my property?
Planning a new lawn in Kos and unsure whether hydroseeding fits? Start with how you will use the space, its ground condition, water and the time available for growth. Dig & Cut IKE assesses private gardens, villas, hotels and larger sites.
Do you want to grow a new lawn from seed?
Hydroseeding applies a mixture containing seed and protective material to prepared ground. The lawn grows in place and needs care. It is worth considering when you want a coordinated seeding application, especially over larger or shaped areas.
Can the area be watered reliably afterwards?
Water for the application crew and watering the new lawn are separate needs. Tell us the water source, whether irrigation exists and who will check the surface afterwards. If system coverage is uncertain, we assess it before agreeing the work. Protective material does not replace watering.
What does the ground need before seeding?
Stones, construction debris, existing vegetation, compaction or standing water affect preparation. Application alone does not correct these issues. As an earthmoving and landscaping business, we can include the work agreed for your site and identify it separately in the quotation.
Can equipment reach the work?
A photograph of the entrance and route to the surface helps us start. Mention narrow passages, steps, obstacles or slopes. On sloping ground we also assess where water moves; application methods and materials are selected for the actual conditions.
When do you need the space ready to use?
Finishing the spraying and having a lawn ready to use are separate milestones. We discuss seed, season, growth and care against your programme. For hotels, events or gardens needed soon, mention the deadline in the first conversation.
Unsure of the area or seed type?
You do not need a technical specification to talk to us. Send photographs and the location, and explain how you want to use the space. We clarify missing details, whether a visit is needed and what the written quotation will cover.
